Should be able to boot into BIOS. Power button, hold 16sec, turn back on, and repeatedly press ESC. If it didn't work, try again. Have to catch it at the right time. Once there, see if you have the option Bios Setup. In there, if you changed UEFI to Legacy boot, or vice-versa, change it back to what it was originally.

Hi! So I haven't had problems with booting for forever but since yesterday my laptop often gets stuck after the HP logo has appeared and the loading circle has rotated for a few seconds.
